How do I book a sitter?
Choose a service, your dates and area, open a sitter’s profile and tap Contact. Pick your pets, add a message and send the request. The sitter accepts or declines in the app.
Are sitters checked?
Yes. Every sitter passes an ID check before they can be booked, and reviews come only from completed bookings.
Can I meet the sitter first?
Absolutely — message the sitter in the app to arrange a meet and greet before the booking starts.
How does shopping work?
Add products from one or more shops to your cart and pay once through the bank gateway. Each shop ships its part; confirm delivery in the app, or return within 7 days if something is not right.
How can my pet shop sell on Petbaman?
Register at seller.petbaman.com with your store details, national code (or company ID) and Sheba. After our team approves your shop, your products appear in the app and payouts go to your Sheba.
How do I become a sitter?
Create an account, open “Become a sitter”, describe your home and experience, set your services and rates, and choose your availability.
Where is Petbaman available?
We’re starting in Iran — Tehran, Karaj, Isfahan, Mashhad and Shiraz first — and growing city by city. The shop delivers wherever sellers ship.
